- Gilles Dostert is founder and managing partner of Zenesis GmbH and has worked in the construction industry since 2017. With Zenesis, he develops intelligence infrastructure for early-stage MEP planning (HOAI work stages 1 and 2), the phase before the model in which most later costs are determined. AI takes over routine tasks while responsibility remains with the engineer. As a member of BIM-Allianz and tgabar e. V., he shows how AI can be integrated into MEP workflows using practical examples.
