- After completing his secondary education, Thomas trained as a metalworker at Goldbeck-Bau before going on to study civil engineering. He gained his first professional experience in his family’s window manufacturing business. More than 10 years ago, he moved into sales, developing into a specialist in facade solutions and ventilated rainscreen cladding. Over the years, he built up an extensive network across Germany. Since 2023, Thomas has brought his experience and expertise to Rieder.
