- Dipl.-Ing. Elena Lauf is an architect with 15+ years’ experience managing public renovation projects. Since 2019, she has overseen school refurbishments at BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, including energy upgrades via BENE funding. Her particular focus is on integrating sustainable concepts. She also serves as chair of the “Training and Continuing Education” committee at the Berlin Chamber of Architects, promoting the construction transition.
