What do we do and what are our areas of activity?: The Federal Foundation Bauakademie addresses issues relating to sustainable planning and construction. It sees itself as a catalyst for the necessary transformation process in the construction sector, promotes dialogue across all disciplines and translates sustainability innovations into construction practice. This is where the skilled trades, the construction industry, the building materials sector, architecture, engineering and urban development come together to develop new approaches to construction that are environmentally sound, economically viable and aesthetically compelling.
