What we are doing in terms of sustainability to drive the transformation of the construction industry.

For climate protection and sustainability: We address people who are willing to critically reflect on their actions. For innovators and knowledge-sharers: We are looking for people who share their expertise and drive climate-friendly construction forward. For diversity among members: Our network is a vibrant mix of individuals from various backgrounds, united in working together on sustainable solutions for existing buildings.

What do we do and what are our areas of activity?

We make existing buildings work. We bring together the people, knowledge and experience needed to develop solutions to the industry’s challenges. We know that the future lies in our existing building stock. The question is no longer why, but how: economic viability, approvals, standards, data and financing. We provide guidance, develop solutions – and where they don’t yet exist, we create them together. Because existing buildings won’t become the standard through conviction alone, but by making transformation feasible. We know what works.
