INTRODUCTION
- Since its foundation in 2001, Salto has paid attention to environmentally friendly and resource-conserving business and production processes. In this respect, we have already been pursuing a sustainability strategy for over 20 years – and not only since the topic has gained prominence in recent years.
Salto has been operating CO2-neutral since 2020 and has been certified according to ISO 14001 since 2011. In addition, we have joined the UN initiative “Global Compact.” In doing so, we commit ourselves to aligning our business activities with the ten established principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment, and anti-corruption.
