: We have identified eight leverage points to significantly advance the ecological and social transformation of the construction sector. All points of action can be found in our manifesto. In the initial phase of the Bauwende Alliance, we want to place a special focus on three of these levers: 1. We demonstrate the feasibility of an ecological and social transformation of the construction sector. 2. We strengthen financing for an ecological and social transformation of the construction sector. 3. We drive the adaptation of regulations for an ecological and social transformation of the construction sector.

: The Bauwende Alliance is working towards a climate-positive and socially just construction and housing sector in Germany. IT mobilizes and connects current and future transformation leaders in a broad, mission-oriented movement. With our work, the work of our community and through concrete joint implementation projects, we systematically and courageously advance the nationwide ecological and social transformation of the construction sector.
