Delivery and collection of exhibits and equipment
Please take the following time windows into account for the delivery and collection of your exhibits, materials and other equipment.
Important: The delivery entrance for halls 7 and 8 is not the same as the visitor entrance. Delivery and collection take place via the Trebbiner Straße.
Important: All deliveries and collections must be registered in advance. This also applies to smaller deliveries, courier services, freight forwarders, as well as deliveries or collections by your own team.
Please report your deliveries and pickups by 13.11.2026 at the latest. Please specify the scope, size, contact person on site and any necessary equipment such as a forklift.
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled within fixed time slots. We understand that not every delivery or collection can be planned with 100% precision. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to adhere to your booked time slots as closely as possible. This will help ensure that setup and dismantling run as smoothly as possible for all exhibitors, without significant waiting times.
Delivery
Monday, November 16th, noon - 6:00 PM
Tuesday, November 17th, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Please note: On Tuesday, November 17th, all vehicles must be removed from the premises by 4:00 PM at the latest. Further construction will then continue until 7:00 PM possible. However, access to the hall will then only be via the visitor entrance on Luckenwalder Straße.
Collection
Thursday, November 19th, approximately from 6:00 PM to midnight
Friday, November 20th 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Please note: Vehicles will only be allowed on the premises from 6:00 PM onwards on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Earlier access is not possible.
The dismantling process may also be delayed, as it may only begin once all participants have left the premises. For safety reasons, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment may not be used beforehand.

Please note that deliveries via DHL, DPD, UPS and other shipping providers at the earliest from November 14, 2026 can be assumed.
Delivery via Trebbiner Str.
To reach Hall 7/8 directly for deliveries, please use the access route via Trebbiner Straße when coming from Tempelhofer Ufer.
Vehicles can be parked there temporarily for loading and unloading.
