When will my invitations be sent?

Ihre Einladungen werden jeden Dienstag und Donnerstag von uns verschickt. In der Woche vom 22.08.2022 geht es los.

Den Status Ihrer Einladungen können Sie direkt in Ihrem Bereich unter "Einladungen" einsehen.

This column shows you the registration status of a person. There are various statuses:

‘Imported’: You have imported the person, but they have not yet been invited. The invitation e-mails are sent automatically by us on Tuesdays and Thursdays up to the date of the event.

‘Email sent’: Your invitee has received your invitation and will send you their reply soon!

Engagement is a score that is updated when one of your guests performs an action. The higher the engagement score, the more actions the guest has performed. Possible actions are

- Registration
- Opening an email
- Clicking on a link in an email

This gives you an indicator of how interested your contact was in the invitation that was sent to them.
