Important deadlines
  • As soon as possible: Deposit your company logo and process your exhibitor entry
  • September 1st: Deadline for maintaining the discussion formats
  • September 12th: Deadline for selecting a workbench variant & customization of the workbench
  • September 26: Order deadline for monitors at the booth
  • October 6th: Submission of print data for your dialogue stand
  • October 17th: Order deadline for a power connection to the workbench
  • October 24th: Announcement of final stand numbers
  • November 3th: Order deadline for additional furniture at the stand
  • November 10th: Submission of presentations for your discussion format
  • November 14th: Deadline for registration of all deliveries & stand personnel

FAQ für Aussteller

Standplatz & Aufbau

We will inform you of your stand location around the end of October.

Stand location changes are only possible in exceptional cases. Please contact us.

Deliveries can be made during the following time windows:
November 17, 2025, 12:00 - 18:00
November 18, 2025, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Setup (without delivery/travel to the site) is possible until 7:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025.

The dismantling time is still to be finalized.
Ausstattung & Technik

A power connection with a 3-way distributor is included as standard at your stand.

The Basic and Premium packages do not include a monitor. However, one can be added.
The startup package includes a 32" screen.

Yes, standard Wi-Fi for exhibitors is included.

No, you should avoid using your own systems so as not to obstruct the view of surrounding stands or similar.
Anlieferung & Logistik

All information about parcel shipments can be found in the Logistics section of your exhibitor area.

The delivery zone is located directly behind Hall 8 and can be reached via Trebbiner Str. Further information can be found under "Logistics & Setup."

Yes, there are no stairs or anything similar to climb. From the delivery area, you can access your stand directly and at ground level.

Yes, access is also possible by truck.

After unloading, the delivery area must be cleared promptly for further deliveries. Permanent parking is available, for example, in the Gleisdreieck parking garage.

Yes, we offer a packaging disposal service. There is a fee for smaller boxes. Disposing of larger items (pallets, etc.) involves additional costs.
Ausweise & Personal

The badges can be registered online and picked up on-site at the accreditation counter . Simply present your QR code.

If you wish to register additional exhibitor passes beyond your included allotment, a flat fee of €45.00 per person per day will be charged. Please contact us by email if you are interested.


Marketing & Sichtbarkeit

Yes, all exhibitors are listed in the digital showroom. For more information about the app, see Lead Capture .

Yes, but only at your own stand. However, please also consider that both flyers and advertising materials should be used consciously and purposefully for sustainability reasons.
